the steps of setting up the software Qualipro are :
- the acquisition and preparation of the company for their integration
o data licensed by company is provided for a number of defined users
- installing the software on a server provided by the company
- assistance in setting up and training
- a period of guarantee provided for 6 months, from the date of installation
- a proposed annual contract , post warranty period, including customer service and at a minimum, a new version per year
